National Marketing Head - PAN India
A leading crop protection company is looking for a national VP-Marketing for managing its pan-India marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have an experience of at least 15- 20 years in marketing of agri-inputs or crop protection products. Experience will include but not limited to developing and running marketing campaigns throughout the country, have a history of launching products and developing brands, developing a team of market development officers for promoting and creating awareness about products, creating organized programs for reaching out to end-consumers, farmers,
Candidate will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing pan-India marketing strategy for the company's products
- Third party introductions and prepare long term budget plan for company's top line.
- Planning a budget for marketing activities of the company
- Developing and managing a team of officers for promotion of company's products and running campaigns
- Develop plan to liase with regional universities and institutes to showcase and promote company's products, create awareness and increase visibility
- Organizing field-level activities with local teams throughout the country for creating and spreading brand awareness of the company's products.
- Creating and sustaining brands for the company's key products
- Develop, coordinate and implement a farmer call center
- Plan commercial launches along with sales team
- Develop strategy for new products to be introduced
- Develop and execute CRM approach for large customers
- Advertise holistically across media and improve visibility
