National Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop winning Route & Go to Market strategies
- Sales & Distribution Planning & execution
- Develop Trade marketing plan while working very closely with all the relevant stakeholders
- Channel strategy for GT
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve Trade Sales
- New channel opportunity identification and strategy development.
- Driving Sales Automation Systems & Process
- Driving sales formats & process uniformity and maintain Trade Sales & distribution data
- Coordinate and develop the trade marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives for the categories
- Responsible for the development, deployment & monitoring of all programs designed to enhance 4P strategies
- Contribute to the company's goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance
- Establishing channel strategies regarding the categories, markets and implement associated plans
- Development and deployment of trade promotional plan
- Develop and deploy NPD strategies
- Work closely with global team to ensure global strategies are inline with local executions
- Responsible for trade marketing / category management process and solutions with external and internal customers to grow the categories
- Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns
Experience required : Minimum of 8 - 12 years experience MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School in a reputed FMCG Company in the Sales / Marketing function
