This role will be ultimately responsible for the timely roll out of all aspects of all promotions including but not limited to POS, sweepstakes, fulfillment and event liaison.
The position is the gatekeeper of all information and assets relevant to the company's trade marketing with a specific focus on leveraging all available assets to grow business.
The position will also execute the following key responsibilities:-
- Managing campaigns for all channel customers with distributor's Sales Planning & Trade Marketing department
- Improving ROS (rate of sales) and distributions by channels - CVS, SM, Drug, Wholesalers, Bar Suppliers, On-premise outlets, universities, etc.
- Collaborating with the international team to build brand value in India
- Strategically create and execute best practices for POS for the promotional strategy along with ideation and execution of events
- Executing National and Regional strategies based on directives. Also supporting Marketing Manager and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Create retailer and dealer incentives and sampling opportunities
- Conduct timely performance updates for all stakeholders and adjust efforts to optimize results
- Conduct detailed and timely program performance updates considering all relevant personnel in order to track, monitor and adjust efforts to produce desired outcomes in all key business segments.
