- Identifies, develops and successfully implements effective talent acquisition and integration programs
- Plan for execution of end-to-end recruitment life cycle ensuring future pipeline of resources as planned for organizational growth for on time onboarding of resources
- Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape and recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to the team and business
- Develop strong candidate onboarding experience
- Driving innovation in the Sales function to ensure better productivity and value for the organization
- Engage with business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for the leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support the team
- Support in the design, development and implementation of talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for Performance Management and Quality Improvement policy development.
- Assist in the development of training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management and Performance Management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
