Position Title: National Sales Manager - Life Sciences

Experience: Minimum 10 years proven successful experience in sales and marketing in the Life Science industry . Proven managerial/business unit experience
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and monitoring the Group's business plan to meet agreed budget
- Ensuring that the Company's commitment to customer satisfaction is performed and constantly improved
- Leading and motivating the sales team to meet agreed targets and objectives
- Establish and achieve an annual sales and profit plan as agreed by Country Manager
- Supervise and review the distributor performance to achieve the distributor sales budget
- Executes the marketing strategy and policy and aligns the Selling strategy to the marketing plan for the region and the group.
- Responsible for direction and motivation of sales team / distributors to meet agreed Sales targets and objectives for the region.
- Assists in preparation, implementation and monitoring of the group business plan, appropriate forecasts and sales strategies in conjunction with the group manager and product managers.
- Adequately supervise, motivate and manage all group staff, be they direct or indirect reports
- Manage demonstration equipment sharing and utilization
- Ensure a high level of liaison with other Department heads and staff to ensure coordination of activities and understanding of common goals
