The Impact You'll Make in this Role:
As a National Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving business growth by mapping potential customers, devising sales strategies and generating leads for the BU by developing sales action plans
- Driving Industrial sales revenue and margin growth of products- product promotion, drive focus products, product wise market assessment, product gap analysis, competition analysis
- Establishing sales objectives - By forecasting and developing annual sales plan for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
- Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Developing a go to market strategy & distribution for market reach.
- Actively engaging with the key accounts & strategically developing business & relationship
- Coaching sales team on the technical aspects of the organization products; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
- Developing executive-level customer relationships and driving improvement of customer satisfaction level
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, the company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Fifteen (15) years of Sales and/or Marketing experience, primarily in industrial market segment
- Previous CRM and pipeline management experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- MBA Marketing
- Experience in Industrial and Infrastructure segments such as Power, Telecom, Metals and Mining, Process Industry, Rail and Metro, Renewable (Solar and Wind).
- Knowledge about Electrical industry, Electrical OEMs, Motors and Transfers, knowledge about product approval process in Electrical OEMs
- Experience with large key accounts and channel partners
- Experience in working in a matrix organization.
