Qualification & exposure B.Sc. or B. Pharm ( Strictly No Arts & Commerce graduate)
Years of experience : 10 to 15 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing / Business Development: Reviewing & interpreting the competition after an in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies and escalate business volumes. Gathering and analyzing the market feedback for maximizing sales productivity. Utilizing client feedback & personal network for generating leads for services.
- Marketing Research & Analysis: Following the marketing strategies to build customer preference and generated significant volumes. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares. Creating awareness in the market for new customer acquisition, thus increasing the sales volume by introducing various alternate sales channels.
- Channel & Distribution Management: Enabling business growth by proper handling of various Stockists and Channel Partners and distributors across the assigned territories. Developing distribution networks resulting in deeper market penetration & reach. Enabling growth by focussed channel oriented marketing activities.
- Team Management: Monitoring, training & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market. Offering direction to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance & enhancing their professional skills. Monitoring and analysing the performance of team members and assigning targets on regular basis.
- Client Relationship Management: Developing healthy and cordial business relationships with new customer base, decision-makers and other key stakeholders. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & quality norms. Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximise client satisfaction level
The person will be responsible for handling entire Pan India .
We are open to look at the candidates who has exposure with 2-3 zones as well.
Experience & Target organization - NSM (Critical Care) Exposure of working with critical care division, preferable with GSK, Pfizer, Cipla, Abbott, Wockhardt, Macleods, Unichem (Torrent), Biocon, Hexagon Nutrition, Indiabulls, Novartis.
Team size 150 (Including 1st & 2nd line Managers)
Current CTC range: Rs. 15 Lacs per annum
