We are an established company in the field of foreign exchange, looking to build a national direct-sales channel network.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for building a nationwide team and driving targets. He should have had similar national exposure in previous jobs in the Banking, Insurance or Pharma sectors, with about 8-10 years experience.
Should be self-motivated, and will report to the MD.
Salary Range: Base 14-16 Lakhs per annum including Incentives
Job Description :
Performs essential functions in the areas of channel sales, target achievement, people development and self-development. Ensures sales team reporting follows laid down targets, customer escalation, Reports etc.
ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities :
Channel sales management:
- Expands Agents /Distribution Network including achieving targeted number of agents/distributors, and to increase business from existing agents/distributors .
Relationship building:
- Maintains healthy relations with Premium/A+ agents/distributors by conducting minimum one relationship activity per quarter.
Knowledge enhancement and Skill improvement:
- Conducts at least one training program per month for the team to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Takes individual initiatives for improvement in skill sets and value addition.
