National Manager - Operations - Transportation Firm

- Responsible for Full Truck Load Operations

- Looking for experienced personnel with minimum 8 - 15 years of experience in logistics.

- Develop new routes and branches as per requirement.

- Monitoring on Deliveries and pickups through branch wise and taking care of connectivity's for surrounding Branches operations

- Analysis cost comparison, visiting major customers and understanding their needs on time-to-time.

- Develop market vehicle vendors and brokers and retain existing vendors also.

- Daily monitoring of Market trends of Vehicle Hire and Controlling over Operation Cost.

- Time to time briefing to staff and laborers & ensure staff satisfaction levels are maintained.

- Warehouse Function: Looks after all the Warehouse activities timely stock Transfer and deliveries.

- Tracking of Short / Excess / Damaged Shipments.

- Monitoring of Network / Feeder Route Performance
