National Manager - Operations & Benefits
Qualification - MBA - HR
Experience - Minimum 8 Years
Age - Below 45 Years
Location - Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation & Benefits:
- Participating in salary survey and doing Compensation Benchmarking
- Defining Salary Ranges and hiring guideline
- Define pay mix using LTI/ STI
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive employee benefits strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Administer and refine employee benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and adaptability.
- Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend adjustments to the benefits package.
2. Performance Management:
- Drive closure of performance management processes on HRMS to enhance individual and organizational performance
- Manage increments, promotions, salary changes, ESOPs, RSUs, and performance Bonus
3. Payroll:
- Exercise meticulous oversight of accurate and compliant payroll processes, collaborating closely with finance teams for reconciliation.
- Institute and manage advanced payroll-related systems to ensure efficiency and precision will releasing pay-outs.
4. Compliance:
- Ensure complete adherence to local state and employment laws and regulations.
- Provide all information systematic compliance audits, proactively updating HR policies to reflect legislative changes.
5. Employee Relations:
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture through sophisticated employee relations
- Address employee concerns, conflicts and grievances judiciously and promptly.
- Collaborate with stake holders to implement customised initiatives to create conducive work environment
6. Employee Insurance:
- Navigate and negotiate employee insurance programs, optimizing terms & premium and disseminating relevant information to employees.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.
7. HR Technology:
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize cutting-edge HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Stay abreast of evolving HR technology trends, providing insightful training sessions to HR staff on effective tool usage.
8. HR Operations:
- Develop and implement streamlined HR operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including off boarding and employee records management.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes to align with organizational goals.
9. HR Policies:
- Organize training sessions or workshops to educate employees about company policies, procedures, and expected conduct.
- Create awareness and minimize the occurrence of disciplinary issues through policy snippets.
