Major Job Responsibilities:
Business Accountability: Meeting national target of Modern trade business.
Opening and managing new Modern trade channel : Appointing modern chain stores and manage them for better business growth.
Sales Planning: Identify and focus on the planning of sales from the identified stores on a regular basis
Accountability: Ensure timely collection of money from Modern Trade partners as per agreed terms
Team Management: Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of area sales managers under the region.
Others: Recommending product enhancements; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Qualification and Experience:
- Qualified professional with 10-13 years of experience in Consumer Durables / FMCG/ Direct To Home or any similar industry
- Strong in team handling and driving team operations
- Great in networking and relationship handling
- Target oriented individual with strategic approach towards growing the region
- An effective communicator and quick decision maker keeping company's policies and profitability in mind
- Believes in a culture that shares credit for success and failure, and that rewards initiative
- Passionate, self driven and outcome oriented
