- Create a strategy for logistics and implement it.

- Achieving the best cost structure for transportation across all units

- Deliveries of finished goods from factories to corporation/depots within timelines

- To coordinate with plants for timely dispatch of the finished goods to various destinations and continuously improving customer service.

- Accountable for all the Legal and Statutory compliance, related with the receipt and dispatch of the material.
