Job duties & Responsibilities:
- This role will be supporting Vice President - Business Development to drive sales and manage relationship with key partnerships
The individual will be responsible to -
- Own sales target of each partnership
- Drive the regular business to maintain BAU
- Execute existing initiatives within the agreed timelines
- Explore new initiatives by regularly engaging with Business Heads across partnerships
- Create visibility, top of mind recall across channels to drive sustainable business
- Act as one point contact for various stakeholders in partners
- Manage relationships with the SPOCs across channels of key partnerships
- Manage day to day transactions across key partnerships
- Keep track of key initiatives and ensure timely execution by effectively coordinating with SPOCs / key stakeholders at partnerships
- Ensure timely launch of new channel / new product to meet business plans
- Feed Business Head with various portfolio / partnership analysis to take critical decision in growing profitable business
- Drive customer engagement programs to drive utilization and healthy persistency levels
- Share monthly partnership updates like utilization report, performance update etc. with key stakeholders at partnerships
Knowledge Skills & Experience:
- 10 - 12 years bancassurance experience in insurance or banking managing partnership on regional / national level
- Proven track record in managing medium to large scale partnerships with growing business trend
- Master's degree in management from premier institutes (preferred)
- Must have managed budgets and P&Ls of key partnerships
- Effective communicatorwith relationship building and interpersonal skills
