Key Accounts Manager - Ecommerce (FMCG, Food, Food Processing, Beverage category)

Role : Responsible for managing the brand's e-commerce Business on the captive website & multiple marketplaces.

Responsibilities :

- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio

- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives

- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio

- Plan, Monitor, and Drive Sales on own website and marketplaces

- Develop e-commerce sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue and growth.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns on websites and marketplaces to ensure optimum visibility and the right ROI.

- Build and foster a relationship with the channel partners to be recognized as a preferred brand on most important marketplaces.

- Build regular reviews with the partners to align business objectives, review KPIs and address bottlenecks.

- Analyse Sales trends. inventory availability and share relevant information with key stakeholders.

Qualifications : MBA in Marketing

Experience Required :


- Total Experience of 8- 15 years

- 3+ years of exclusive experience in managing E Com channels

- FMCG experience would be preferred

- Should be well versed with the ways of E Com working, Channel Relationships
