1. Determining/Identifying Key Accounts in collaboration with SBU teams
2. Uniform Pricing strategy for Key accounts across the country
3. Ensuring good CX to the Key accounts
4. Meeting key stake holders in key accounts (Dr/Non Dr/CXOs)
5. Critical conversions along with Local teams to increase demand generation
6. Ensuring right kind of MOU for smooth transaction, both operational and financial with Key accounts
7. DSO

1. Target orientation,
2. Negotiation skills,
3. Understanding of Pricing strategy,
4. Knowledge of creating right Product Mix customized to the requirement of each account
5. Sound technical knowledge (helps in better communication with key stake holders)
6. Sound knowledge of marketing strategies and IT function flow.
