Job title: National Manager - IT HRMS Application

Reports to : National Head - API & Portals

Business: IT

Location: Corporate Office - Pune

Duties and Responsibilities - 

- Would be required to understand all modules and functions of HR. Should be a techno functional person with in depth understanding of technology and HR functions & Processes

- Would be required to interact with partner on a daily basis to track HR projects and ensure that issues and queries are resolved within the specified TAT

- Should be a solution provider for automation of HR processes

Nice to have: SQL 2016

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum qualification required is MBA with minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in a techno functional role of HR functions.

- Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Should have strong understanding of HR process
