Responsibilities:

- Setting up a robust distribution network across the country

- Driving the sales team of KAMs and ASM, across the country

- Managing and handling modern trade, general trade, E-commerce & Institutional Sale

- Talent acquisition in consultation with Head HR & CEO

- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates

- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development

- Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources

- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business; ensuring quality delivery of services to the clients

- Steering the complete business associate channel with direct reportees & indirect reportees

- Enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the channel

- Distribution Channel Development

- Formulating leads and qualifying the organization based on sales strategies and target groups

- Sales projection & budgeting

- New customer acquisitions

- Having a healthy product pipeline across channels

- Understand & help improvise products, services and expertise of the company

- Devising strategy for growth

- Participating and contributing in all marketing activities & awareness program

- Handling queries claims and complains

The Good Food Company is backed by the ARC Group founded in 1975. The group is head Quartered at Coimbatore with interest in Automobile, Logistics, Petroleum retail, Education and consumer goods.

The group is currently operated by the third generation and ably assisted and guided by the previous two generations. The board has a great mix of experience and exuberance of youth.
