CTC: 25 Lacs max Budget
The tasks and responsibilities can be summarised (but not limited to) as below
- Execute National Customer marketing initiatives in respective Distribution Channels like GT - CP, GT - BP, MT
- Execute FF & DSM engagement programs and activities
- Drive one or two Key product Categories Business Vol as assigned by Marketing Head or Business Head
- Take Full use of Automation being Driven byorg use the analytics provided to drive Key KPIs and Improve Business
Performance
Plan and execute customer marketing initiatives to deliver on Business KPIs like
a) Distribution Expansion
b) Outlet Coverage (Width of Distribution)
c) Depth of Distribution (Productivity, Lines per Call, Vol per Call, Range Selling etc)
d) Trade Engagement
e) Brand Visibility
- Oversee execution of Customer Marketing team at HO & Regions. Monitor the programs/schemes/activities for the national as well as regional with his/her Team and submit reports to Mktg Head and Business Head.
- Work Closely with Marketing Team & RBMs to work out Brand wise Quarter operating plan to facilitate Business Goals
- Bring in Innovation & Technology to enhance speed of execution & ease of working for Sales Team
- Be a thought leader in driving the cultural change in Sales and Distribution system at B2C
- Travel in key markets, develop strong relationships with the sales function, gather understanding of the market requirement and come back with suggestion to grow the brands and business
- Ensure all documentation (both for national as well as regional programs/schemes/activities) is properly maintained at in accordance with guidelines issued by National Customer marketing manager/commercial team/audit team
