Location - Pune
- To create a Rewards platform from scratch for BFL, where horizontal Customer Loyalty programs will be offered
- Design and develop rewards strategy, ensuring the same is aligned with company's objective
- To create Earn and Burn partnerships (both internal and external partners)
- Completely manage Earn & Burn ratios and create breakage models
- Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the overall platform on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the Rewards team to provide a pragmatic, customer focused, creative and commercially grounded Rewards services
- To deliver high level of Customer engagement on all digital assets through Rewards framework
- Possess strong domain knowledge of Earn, Burn, breakage & P&L impacts
- Experience of leading people and developing key internal and external relationships.
- Possess excellent communication skills and effectively interacts at all levels
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment
