Responsibilities: - Develop winning Route &amp; Go to Market and strategies - Sales &amp; Distribution Planning &amp; execution - Developing, coordinating and networking NPI GTM plan while working very closely with all the relevant stake holders - Channel strategy for MT &amp; GT - Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve Trade Sales - Channel Management - 3P (AFC,ISR, MERC, NA) deployment, engagement, training &amp; development - Driving productivity &amp; efficiency - Defining &amp; driving trade KPIs in close co-ordination with Sales, Brand &amp; Commercial Excellence team - Driving Trade projects &amp; Initiatives such as - Cost Leadership Program - Distributor Governance Board - Product Transition - Automation Integration &amp; BI - New channel opportunity identification and strategy development. - Driving Sales Automation Systems &amp; Process - Mobility - DMS - HO &amp; Regional control - Driving sales formats &amp; process uniformity and maintain Trade Sales &amp; distribution data repository - Supporting Demand team for NPI/Promo/Constraint SKU or brand stock forecast for Pre-S&amp;OP closure - Managing Brand or Category board meetings for Trade - Developing &amp; Executing Trade Field Activation Monthly Plans Requirements: - Minimum of 8 - 10 years experience in a reputed FMCG Company in the Sales / Marketing function with at least 3-4 years experience in Field sales at senior managerial level - Extensive knowledge of marketing and brand plans - Good grasp of distribution and logistics management - Understanding of financial and legal regulations
