National Manager - Business Legal - Housing Finance

- Leading Pan-India Business Legal of Home Finance, set-up processes, documents, legal check-lists state wise and loan product wise, Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), policy and structured training to business on relevant areas;

- Contract management: Drafting, reviewing and finalising business contracts, review of loan documentation

- Drafting, vetting and negotiation of contracts and finalizing legal documents, commercial agreements/outsourcing/service contracts, lease and leave and license agreements, Master Service Agreement, Service Provider Agreement, NDA, MOU, including critical business transactions and inclusion of clauses to minimize risks upto stamping and execution

- Drafting and review of loan and security documents, scrutinizing and investigation of title documents/deeds in respect of securities offered and issuing legal opinion

- Providing day-to-day legal support in the form of advisory and legal documentation to business partners on legal matters/issues to ensure legal compliances and protecting companies interest in documentation
