1. Ownership of the B2B digital lending business which focuses on developing tie-ups and managing relationships with financial services, affiliates, aggregators and fintech marketplace partners
2. Leading a team of Business Development Managers in Delhi & Mumbai
3. He/she would be responsible for key account acquisition and Relationship building Planning, forecasting and reviewing of market trends
4. On-boarding new partners and driving business volumes through each partnerships.
5. Responsible for maintenance of monthly Revenue MIS for each lender partner
6. Review the market landscape, identify partners, review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships for review
7. Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners.
8. Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps
9. Responsible for managing end to end process of lead assignment, approval, disbursal and post sanction follow up with respect to each partner
10. Design new products working closely with Risk / Analytics teams for specific client segments to grow the business digitally end to end leveraging own / partner platforms.
