National Manager - Bancassurance - General Insurance

I am hiring for a General Insurance Client-

- Acquisition of new Bancassurance relationships (directly or through sales team)

- Identify target segment

- Set up targets and CBA, based on potential of the Bancassurance along with UW, Finance, Claims,

- Onboard relationship by working with Operations, IT, UW, Sales, and farming the relationship through Sales Team, which reports into Head - Banca & Alliances

- Relationship Management with channels and partners

- Implementation of sales processes

- Manage profit & loss of the relationships and the vertical

The candidate will manage a very small team directly of people who would be responsible for acquiring and running Bancassurance relationships. The day to day sales will be done by the sales team, reporting to the Head - Bancassurance & Alliances

Skills Required - 

1. Experience in General Insurance is must.

2. Experience in Bancassurance vertical

3. Numerate
