Location: Flexible base location (Mumbai or NCR or Bengaluru).

Your background and qualifications:.

- 12+ years of minimum work experience in 'Retail/Mall Leasing' or BD.

- Extensive experience with 'Real Estate Retail/ Mall Developers'.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, sales, Real Estate, or related field.

Overview:

- As the National Head Retail Leasing, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our services with clients from diverse domains.

- This position involves spearheading efforts to grow new business connections, expand our client pool, and actively engage with prospective clients in the retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving business development initiatives across the country to maximize occupancy rates and revenue across the national portfolio.

- Develop and nurture relationships within the industrial warehousing and logistics sectors, targeting clients from different domains.

- Drive the growth of new business connections and expand the client pool.

- Actively identify and engage with potential clients in the market, showcasing our services and understanding their unique needs as well as build lasting relationships with the clients.

- Collaborate with the leasing team, ensuring a smooth transition of leads and staying involved in the entire process until contract closure.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leasing, finance, technical and legal teams, to ensure seamless client transactions.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
