Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate with min. 14+ years of experience should have a proven track record of spear heading a team of 8-10 people
- Running a successful Performance Network for the last 2 Years+ with a minimum Business turnover of 30 Cr+
- A Sales leader who is strong in Execution excellence.
- Have an in-depth understanding of latest digital advertising technologies and niche vertical focused publishers.
- The ideal candidate should be extremely client focused, goal- oriented, energetic and should possess knowledge about different ad platforms.
- Specialist in understanding the sales opportunity Pan World level on web, mobile, App, email and social.
- Must be working on CPC, CPL, CPM, CPI, CPS and CPA campaigns to meet the ROI.
- Should have excellent hands on working knowledge of RTB, Ad network business models and agency operations.
- Able to analyze campaign performance & make recommendations to improve performance using strong analytical skills.
- Successful in managing campaigns, clients and developing long term client relationships.
- Able to prioritize workflow, have a strong attention to detail and be service oriented.
- Pushing internal stakeholders in the company on new inventory, solutions etc. to grow the business
- Proven experience in Managing Sales and Distribution for broad geography.

- You should be excellent in analytical/Reasoning skills; Good Team player.
