Job Description:
Key Account Manager - Modern Trade :
- Own the key account management vertical of company with P&L responsibility, manage and grow Modern Trade business of all FMCG products across India.
- Drive customer engagement with key accounts pan-India right from planning to in-store execution, with timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
- Ensure Budget adherence with regards to activation spends approved & take corrective action as when required
- Responsible for all National and Regional Modern Trade chains.
- Lead all National Accounts through direct engagement with category teams.
- Responsible for launch of New Product
- Take ownership of opening new accounts with a specific focus on super and hyper chains across Western India
- Negotiate & Signing the TOT's with untapped chains and ensure product availability & visibility
Qualification:
- MBA with Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills- 7+ to 10+ years of key account management experience in Modern Trade with existing relationships in Food,FMCG, snacks, instant food categories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
