JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION :  Work Experience ( Minimum & Maximum) in months :  - 6-7 years in FMCG, consumer durables/Retail   - Sales experience in FMCG industry preferably white goods from modern retail and e-commerce background (is a bonus)  - FMCG experience is a must - Sales and goals oriented personality  - Successful track record is a must  Experienced Key Account Manager : Retail and E-tail, passionate person whose role in Home organization is to deploy modern retail penetration strategy and establish weighted distribution across target geographies by balancing retail and e-tail trade.   Educational Background :   - Graduate - Science/Engineering degree from a reputed university  - MBA or PG qualification in RETAIL (Reputed University Mandatory)  Other Qualifications (e.g. Excel skill, etc.) :  - Must have good excel skills, retail/digital marketing certification a plus  Job Specifications :  As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for :  - Growing retail infrastructure for air purifiers. Enable balance in modern retail and e-tail  - Developing productive long term relationships  - Creating long term strategies with retail and e-tail channels and the Sales Head   - Act as a main contact for existing and new modern retail channels  - Delivering sales targets; preparing volume forecasts and plans   KRA's :  - Ensure the successful long term strategic development of the - Home- products brand, in line with the needs of our target audience, retail channel partners and the long and short term growth objectives of the business.   - Working with the - Homes- Marketing and Leadership teams to provide the vision and direction to maintain and grow Honeywell's retail reach - Modern retail and distribution network.   - Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in target region/city/or town in coordination with Distributor's local management, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.   - Play a central role in steering Key Account Management in coordination with respective distributor's management; with aim to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on consumers.   - Hire and work with indirect staff to make them productive  - Design and deploy retail trade schemes to drive revenue AOP.   - Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local Distributor- s/Retailer's management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation with marketing team.   - Lead deployment of marketing plan/s as per retail strategy & guidelines set and agreed with direct management and marketing team; follow-up on implementation; and report back progress & any recommendations to change or amend.   - Seamless implementation of pricing policies, TOD schemes, dealer incentive model and retail/e-tail partner management initiatives  - Act as key liaison for channel escalations handling along with Sales Head and Service Lead and developing/negotiating channel terms and legal agreement.   - Manage all commercial operations with accounts - AR, inventory, reverse terms, taxation etc  - Should be able to handle high level of transactions and travel needs in initial stages.   Preferred Personality or Behavioral Traits :  - Strong communication and presentation skills.   - Understanding of retail/e-tail - distribution network, marketplace  - Good skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Prior experience in SAP is a plus.  - Be ready and able to work within a team  - Enjoy working with the public  - Be confident and assertive  - Be good with numbers  - Have plenty of stamina  - Have a commitment to customer service  - Be able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations  - Have business sense and an understanding of retail laws  - Good industry network
