Qualification : MBA/Any PG
Communication : Good
Key Accounts to be managed : Premium Store Nationally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for managing and achieving sales objectives for National Key Accounts.
- Responsibility for building business through Direct institution channel.
- Develop JBP's by aligning customer objectives and needs with the internal business objectives to drive profitable growth.
- Negotiating annual Terms of trade with customers
- Ensuring review of category share and sales data from the customers
- Ensuring listing of new products and Gap SKUs basis the format of the chain
- Identify competitive best practices and give relevant inputs to marketing to proactively respond
- Ensure delivery of better service levels - order tracking, dispatch and receipt thereby achieving customer service KPI's
- Creating systems and processes, including policies, to ensure smooth and effective functioning of Modern Trade business
- Plan, implement and monitor BTL initiatives
- Relationship management - Internal and external
- Work with the transporter and the finance department of business partners to drive commercial hygiene and ensure timely
- Collections
- Mentoring and guiding the team to deliver results for the business through well-defined objectives
