Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow the accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Prepare detailed reports on the status of key accounts
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Understand customer needs and identify sales growth opportunities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services
- Candidate should come with experience in handling MT accounts at a national level
