Client Details
Our client is a leading Indian brand in the Personal Care domain with a very strong footprint in India across offline and online trade. They are looking for a National KAM to lead the India MT business for them and report into the President Sales.
Description:
The incumbent would report into President - Sales and be responsible to:
1. Responsible for Pan India sales of Modern Trade & B2B
2. Reviewing of Monthly Performance v/s targets
3. Devising annual operation plan for Key Accounts based on short term and long term goals and industry trends
4. Conceptualising, developing & execution of sales strategy for major Modern Trade outlet
5. Continually look for ways to increase sales, improve efficiency & customer service
6. Monitoring competitor's strategy
7. Business development through merchandising, consumer offers, shop in shop, in store branding and advertisements
8. Forecasting sales plan & periodic reviews of sales plan
9. Modern Trade Distributor Management on all India basis. Along with management of the credit limits on regular basis, with timely settlement of claims
10. Implementation & Continuation of ATL & BTL activities in all the Modern Trade Outlets
11. Responsible for maintaining & developing relationship with existing customer via meetings, telephone calls & emails and finding new customers
12. Advising on forthcoming product developments & discussing special promotions for Modern Trade Outlets
