National Key Account Manager - Modern Trade
Position: Key Account Manager (National - 2 Key Accounts)
Role: Responsible for retail sales through Key Accounts in the defined Area. (Should have handled 200 - 400 Cr turnover)
Job Description:- Sales through NMTs for defined Area & Accounts, as per assigned budget - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary
- Collections: as per company commercial norms
Productivity:
- Team (AH/TH/TE) manpower productivity as per preset norms
- ISP's productivity as per metro & non metro preset slabs / potential of OR
- Per store off take (PSO) as per the prescribed norms (as per the potential of the stores)
- Customer service with support of service team.
- Sales promotion and tie ups with Key Accounts
- Setting up terms for negotiation and target agreement signing with MOR Accounts
- Introduction of New and Exclusive products
- Adherence to activity calendars for sales promotion & its execution
- Ensuring ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity via the Market Activation Officer
- Display & merchandise
- Competition information and relationship building with category Heads.
- Monthly tertiary planning and execution in line with primary target.
- Structured Reporting of tertiary and activities. Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
- Liasoning with other support functions
