National Key Account Manager - Apollo Pharmacy Chain (Modern Trade Business)
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the following:
- Execute the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with the overall MT business strategy
- Create and develop relationships with Apollo Pharmacy Chain for the brand through meaningful engagements
- Lead resource for planning and negotiating for Terms of Trade, Joined Business Plan, in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out plans with the accounts.
- Keep a pulse on, competitor's activities, and market intelligence
- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolving all long outstanding debts.
- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints, and operational matters
CANDIDATE PROFILE: - Relevant experience of 5 + years of Key Account experience in Modern Trade.
- Experience in OTC, in managing Pharmacy chains and strong connects with the Apollo Pharmacy team.
- Understanding of Financial, Distribution & General Management concepts
- MBA qualified preferred
