National Key Account Manager - eCommerce - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a National KAM - Ecommerce (Beauty & Personal Care Market Place) for an MNC FMCG is into Beauty & Personal Care , based at Mumbai.

2 years full time Post Grad in Marketing with 3-5 Years of work exp in the areas of GT/MT and Ecommerce, of which at least 1-2 years managing Ecommerce ( Beauty & Personal Care Market place ) efficiently.

The Role -

This role will be responsible for the delivery of Net Revenue for a portfolio of the Beauty Brands on multiple eCommerce Platforms .

Reporting to the eCommerce & Digital Head.

1. Ownership and delivery of the commercial plans and brand top line.

2. Serve as the primary liaison between ecommerce partners and & brand team

3 Translate national brand plans into e-commerce tailored conceptual sells, define the local e-retail content requirements and ensures optimal content is deployed

4. Own spends

5. Channel trade spend budgets and optimize for KPI`s (traffic/conversion/basket/repeat/profit)

6. Media planning and activation, ensuring optimal ROI of investments

7. Develop ecommerce specific promotions and packs to accelerate our ecommerce growth.

8. Own reporting of ecommerce results and KPIs

9. Manage ecommerce, Operations: New Product & Customer Service teams.

10. Excellent communication & presentation skills
