We are seeking a highly motivated National Key Account Manager (eCommerce) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with our most important ecommerce clients. In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise to craft winning strategies, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences for our key accounts.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Account Management :
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market share for assigned national ecommerce clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand client needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, logistics) to develop and implement customized e-commerce solutions that meet client objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Regularly communicate account performance data, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Ecommerce & Digital Expertise :
- Possess a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, including platform optimization, marketing automation.
- Stay current on evolving e-commerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for client success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted e-commerce campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for key accounts.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
Relationship Building & Communication :
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and shared goals.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Proactively manage client expectations and promptly address any concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
Desired Candidate Details :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 7-8 years of experience in organized retail + e-commerce account management, with a proven track record of success in exceeding client goals.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic account plans for national clients within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for e-commerce and a strong desire to learn and adapt to evolving trends.
Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
