About the Client:

Our Client is the leading player in the Beauty & Personal Care Category, with an immense offline and online presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive PnL for E-commerce channel (1st & 3rd Party).

- Devise E-commerce Strategies.

- Driving operational excellence on In-stock tracking, Content deployment, Product Launches, Brand digital campaigns, combos, etc

- Own the Customer Experience for the Online business.

- Built the right presence of SKUs, for visibility and drive chase.

- Build and own customer experience for the online business.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10+ years of e-commerce/category management experience in CPG, FMCG.

- Has managed 200+ cr.
