Position – National Key Account Manager – Coatings (1) / Inks (1)
Reporting to - National Sales Head
New/replacement – This is a New position.
Position overview –
- This is a an important position to manage Key National Clients with focus on building relationship in the market of coatings
Experience/Exposure - Ranging from 12-15 years
Emphasis key account management
Location: Pune (Covering all Key Customers across India) (exceptional candidate will be allowed to operate from mumbai)
Qualification : Science Graduate or Engineer + MBA Preferred
Responsibilities
- Grow the business by 30 % which currently is at 90 Crores.
- Manage 5-6 key customers representing 15% of revenues
- Look at New Business Development and Acquire key customers
- Should be able to work with technical team and also provide feedback terms of products in the market and improvement of quality
- Improve the Delivery performance
- Manage the complete end to end relationship

- National Sales Manager/Marketing/R&D

- High Sales Drive and Passion
- Act as a strategic link between key customers and the company using strategic approach
- Strong technical bent of mind.
- Task orientation to get things done in a structured approach.
- Excellent at building rapport
