About our Client - Our client is a European energy and power conglomerate with more then 50,000 employees globally. the company is a global leader in new and progressive energy creation and has a presence in more than 30 countries. With more than 1000 employees in India, our client is looking for a HR Manager at a PAN-India level
Job Description - As a HR generalist at country level, you will be reporting to the Country HR director and will be responsible for:
- Manage the entire national HR program across multiple locations covering all facets of the function
- Guide and advise the regional line HR managers across the country
- Drive the people development processes and practices including people review, performance management and development processes
- Implement and control the complete recruitment system with the support of 4 officers
- Analyze, define and implement the training and development policies for the country based on business needs, competency needs and budgets
- Lead the implementation of the HRIS and take ownership for country payroll management along with the relevant vendor relationships
- Partner with global teams on strategic HR projects on an ongoing basis
The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you must carry 8-10 years of HR experience with a full-time Masters/MBA in HR from a premier institute. Your HR experience must be in international MNCs and predominantly in the engineering or manufacturing industry. You must have excellent communication, interpersonal and training skills with a a proven track record in the same. With your base in Mamba, you must be open to national and international business travel. You must have a progressive HR record and qualitative leadership exposure to showcase your ability as the next Country HR Director.
