National Sales HRBP | 7-12 years | 6 days working | Gurgaon
Job Description - The role will be expected to lead the pan India sales agenda in terms of driving people processes, recruitment for the sales workforce (with a focus on off-roll hiring), sales incentivization, rewards and recognition, and performance calibration for 2000+ employees.

Description:
The key responsibilities will include:
Recruitment:
- Building infra for recruitment, especially for off-roll employees. Evaluating the agency mix to support the same.
- Ensuring on-time recruitment of field employees through multiple channels and using the cost of rcruitment judiciously.
- Evaluate and edit recruitment processes vis-a-vis talent pipeline building, calibrating JDs, compensation benchmarking, TAT, interview matrix, and other key metrics of success.
Cost:
- Ensuring GnA Cost is defined for each function and built into the AOP.
- Ensuring adherence to cost for each function and sub-function, with periodic reviews with business and finance, by identifying reasons for variance and chalking out a path to control.
Structure:
- Define Job Bands to outline structure and give clear avenues for career growth
- Crafting a structure to enable business growth
Attrition:
- Conduct Trend Analysis by mapping out hubs and identifying attrition hotspots and closely monitoring the attrition data.
- Chalk out a clear plan jointly with the business to contain top talent attrition with clear targets around attrition metrics.
Performance Management and rewards:
- Evaluate the current KPI scheme and earnings of people.
- Using the rewards and recognition philosophy to retain and engage top performers sufficiently to derive differentiated performance around business delivery.
- Conduct appraisals within defined guidelines and timelines
Other skills:
- Data Analysis- Ability to know what data is required for which problem. Analyze data to arrive at an accurate problem statement
- Execution Excellence- Ability to plan out execution step-wise along with Plan B and C whilst working with divergent stakeholders/ close within timelines and deliver quality output
- Stakeholder management- Getting the work done through both central and on-field stakeholders
- Team Management- Ability to lead a team (should have managed a team earlier)
- Business understanding- Should be able to understand business metrics/ PnL and how his/her work is related to overall business priorities
Profile:
The ideal candidate should come with:
- Overall experience of 7-12 years having worked as an HRBP for field teams in a start-up for 2-3 years.
- Demonstrated experience having worked with a >500 workforce and handled a business of 100+ CR annual revenue as a business partner.
- Experience working on projects around cost/ productivity/ attrition/ recruitment, with a key focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in bulk recruitment
