Job Responsibilities :
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following :
- Heading the National Wealth Sales Channel comprising IFAs and Distributors
- Identifying and appointing business partners (IFAs and Distributors) and driving investment product sales across India
- Working with the leadership in defining PAN India strategy for Wealth Sales
- Promoting Innovation on Sales Distribution
- Leading the India Wealth Sales B2B Sales Team comprising Regional and Zonal Heads
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop Wealth Sales Distribution with the Senior Leadership team and Founders
- Establishing a training framework for team & Sales Partners
- To own and deliver organizational targets of Wealth Sales
Key skills required:
- Business Development & Channel management
- People-oriented, outgoing individual who can establish a high degree of credibility and relationship with the channel partners
- Good understanding of IFA network & Wealth industry dynamics
- Ownership, Passion, Ability & Ambition to perform in a fast paced organisation and build scale to a leadership position (Top 3) in the Financial Services Industry in India

Work Experience : 5-10 years of experience in Asset Management Companies (AMC)/ Equity Broking/ Wealth Management Firms in distribution of Investment Sales Products through IFAs
