National Head - Senior VP - Digital Lending - Personal Loans

- Our Client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a National Head (Sr. VP) - Digital Lending - Personal Loans to be based at Mumbai.

- The individual should have strong in-depth experience of Digital Lending platform in a Bank or Financial Lending Services company managing the Personal Loans portfolio as a P&L Head.

- He/ She should have a well-rounded experience in Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Partnership & Alliance Management, Digital Lending, P&L management, and People management.

- The individual should have built long-term business strategies enabling profitability and market growth of the bank in the Personal Loans/ Lending sector. Would develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Personal Loan products in the market.

- Responsible for Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products.

- Responsible for Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

- Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand, review and endorse product programs, new product proposals, product propositions & strategies to ensure the development of strong and differentiated 'best-in-class' product offerings.

- Constantly reviews the product basket and recommend changes for competitiveness and improving customer experience/ organizational profitability.

- Set up an effective product training mechanism for the sales teams and channel partners for effective sales.

- Responsible for maximizing top line revenue growth for the Bank and also would manage the bottom-line and develop robust strategies to make it effective and highly productive.

- An exceptional Business Leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to motivate, drive and channelize the team in leading them towards accomplishment of business objectives and targets.
