- Responsibility of building strategies for new business lines in line with proposed budgeted growth
- Develop and ensure sales procedures are maintained by sharing best practice and continual improvement
- Formulation and implementation of interventions to deliver sustained performance in terms of securing new business opportunities, increased customer acquisition
- Supporting CSO to Conducts one-on-one review with all Zonal Sales Heads to build more effective communications, to understand business development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales performance
