Designation: National Head B2C - Sales and Strategy

Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and transformation :
- Develop business plans in consultation with key stakeholders including top management with a focus on business strategy formulation and business development
- Identify and implement digital sales transformation projects throughout the sales journey including improvement in lead generation and conversion, customer experience, sales productivity, etc.
- Formulate strategy, arrive at prioritized solutions and ensure timely execution of projects
- Develop & implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that increase product awareness, customer acquisition, market share, penetration and revenue
- Strengthen digital acquisition business
- Manage and improve end to end digital acquisition model and increase % share of digital acquisition
- Formulate innovative solutions including predictive dialing workflows to maximize lead conversion and ensuring lead call TAT is close to real-time
- Track and improve STP conversions in order to increase % customers opening accounts on their own
- Work closely with training and quality team to improve call quality standards
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to manage the desired lead flows
- Achieve acquisition and business targets
- Achieve business numbers in terms of accounts, margin, cost of acquisition etc. for entire B2C vertical of the business
- Work closely with support departments like marketing, learning, and development, human resources etc.
- Develop reward and recognition programs to achieve the desired business plan numbers.
- Set up new businesses and develop strategies as well as operational excellence strategies to sustain business growth in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
