Description:
- Identify opportunities with market know-how/ meet new customers to broaden the opportunity list. Developing New Customers across Pan India.
- Collaborate with various Sales Channels in the organisation for improving Growth Trajectory.
- Collaborating with various Leaders to establish and execute a Sales goal for the Product and Country.
- Managing team to maximise Sales revenue and meet or exceed Corporate set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly Sales goals and developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term term growth.
- Team management and growth.
- Retaining and growing the existing base of business as per the targets set by the organisation for the month/ quarter/ year.
- Achieves new business & customer retention goals by leading & controlling a structured negotiation process to secure the best terms for the Organisation & the Customer.
- Builds & maintains an appropriate network of key contacts within each Customer's business who can facilitate decision making & actions needed to achieve the required results.
- Engagement in monthly and weekly reviews internally and externally
- Working towards reducing costs/ managing yields and revenue.
- Responsible for the team's performance in terms of service and revenue growth.
- Uses diverse methods/tools to keep abreast of changes & emerging trends within the customer, competitor & macro business environments and identifies potential opportunities or risks for the Organisation. As appropriate, translates these into specific information/actions for the customer
Profile :
- Strong knowledge of the Product, effective negotiation skills, commercial acumen and market knowledge in Solar Industry
- Ability to carry organisation and connect with senior leadership of Customers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Team Handling capabilities
- Achievement orientation, Hands on with ability to conclude deals
- Knowledge of Diverse functional perspective
- Relationship Building Skills
