- Responsible for market and competition analysis to devise and execute business strategy

- Client is a leading manufacturer of Animal health and nutrition products across poultry, aqua, and livestock industry
- Animal Health Division has several novel products developed via in-house and international research and development
Description :
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible to -
- Develop and execute the Animal Health- Poultry business plan to obtain a leading position in the marketplace
- Ensure achievement of revenue growth in a profitable manner and lead business development activities
- Drive the business strategy by putting sales teams in place and leading them to meet the set targets
- Provide Leadership in people development, process improvements and system development to deliver profitable growth.
Profile :
- 15+ Years of Sales experience in Poultry Feed / Animal Feed Industry
- Should have handled a business size of at least 25 Crs, and a team size of more than 15 people
- In- depth understanding of Poultry B2B Market and their position in the industry
- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset and good distributor / dealer network
- Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Significant commercial or agribusiness experience, including deep knowledge of the Poultry Industry
