Position: Senior Vice President - Retail Sales & Marketing (National Head)

Desired Candidate: A Business Leader with 15 to 20 Years of experience into Sales and Marketing of which at least 2 to 4 years of experience as a P&L Lead. Should have strong exposure in retail garment business preferably from Inner Garments. Exposure to south Indian Language would be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility will be to set up the retail business of innerwears from inception for a large company in south india.
- Act as the Category and Private Label Champion to manage P & L to deliver planned sales and profit for the new launch.
- Forecast and develop annual marketing budget, oversee and manage spend.
- Drive all strategic activities that support retail solutions, private label and category objectives including annual planning, advertising development, new product launches and promotions.
- Maintain consistent pipeline of growth initiatives in the project portfolio (i.e. new launches, innovative product proposals, expansion of product offerings, etc.)
- Media placement/relations, direct or in collaboration with retailers, to align with retail solutions and private label initiatives to deliver planned advertising, promotions and programs maximizing investment and supporting category growth.
- Research and anticipate category and market trends to develop and execute annual and long-range business plan, including solid analyses that support overall category and brand recommendations.
- Head the team of sales force & motivate and achieve sales targets.
- Work interface with manufacturing for product developments in line with market expectations
