1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Sales &Marketing function

2. He / She should have good experience and knowledge of the product

3. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.

4. He/She will be responsible for Business Development

5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.

6. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.

7. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.

8. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.

9. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.

10. Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.

11. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
