Job Description:
- Create Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Manage performance of subordinates as per their KRA- s, including identifying skill gaps and arranging for corrective action
- Establish Goals for Sales Department, including sales targets;
- Manage Key Accounts; plan strategically and ensure team implements the same
- Establish Goals for Marketing Department and help team to reach the Goals
- Ensure new products are very well promoted to the eco system and it's sales potential
- Support team to get appointments for online presentations and help them to a good job.
- Interacting with key existing and prospective stakeholders (Architects, Channel Partners, Manufacturers, Retailers, Corporates, etc)
- Ensuring Cash Flow cycle is maintained. Follow up with team in case of stuck payments
- Ensure processes (current & new ones) are being followed
- Personally build relationships with key personnel in key accounts
- Conduct review meetings effectively
- Get Architects & Electric Consultants to specify
- Create Lead Generation Strategy. Implement the same with support of Marketing Team
- Open new segments such as IT Channel; Electrical Contractors & Corporates
- Introduce new processes wherever required
- Identifying industry trends, studying competitor's activities and devising strategies to counter them
