Job Description:- As the National Head of Enterprise B2B Sales, you will lead a high-performing team focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Your role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives tailored to meet the unique needs of enterprise clients across various industries. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges, and proposing innovative solutions that drive value and mutual success.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure alignment between sales strategies and broader business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and customer- centricity within the sales organization. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, strong leadership skills, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B environments.

Job Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Enterprise team at a national level.
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new business for the organization in B2B space.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies across the region to achieve to direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand-wise, help them in breaking the same geographically monthly, weekly & daily targets.
- To motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.
- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
- Work towards reduction in cost with optimum usage of resources Special requirements, external and internal contacts, travel, working conditions, etc. to achieve Profit targets.
- Recruit, Develop & retain quality manpower.
- Demonstrated executive leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in a scaled environment in inside sales, IT sales, marketing or operations.
- Demonstrated success developing team members.
- Prior experience in dealing with direct sales of products and services (It an Non IT) to the enterprise background in selling to the HR Persona is mandatory.
- Should be able to work on the sales structure bottoms up Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements: - Postgraduate / MBA Mandatory
Total work Experience : Min 10 to 15 Years with experience building, leading, and scaling enterprise sales teams.
- Experience in direct sales of products and services (IT and Non-IT) to the enterprise account Background in selling to the HR persona would be a "Mandatory"
- Sales Professionals who can head and manage the overall sales strategy and policy in the various channels and in terms of major customers by grasping target or category opportunities.
