Responsibilities:
- Lead the Way: Take ownership and steer the DSA channel's strategic direction to achieve ambitious targets and further expand the footprint across the nation.
- Channel Strategy: Formulate innovative channel strategies, design compelling schemes, and establish efficient payout mechanisms, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance customer experiences.
- Drive Growth: Identify and implement novel initiatives, market expansion plans, and localized strategies to foster business growth and gain a competitive edge.
- Seamless Operations: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including regional DSA heads, DSA KAMs, external partners, connectors, and callers, to address real-time escalations and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Mentorship and Empowerment: Provide hands-on mentorship, training, and ongoing support to DSA teams, equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to deliver outstanding results.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and proactively address challenges to optimize performance and enhance the customer journey.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor the DSA channel's performance metrics, implement corrective measures, and introduce best practices to elevate overall efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
- BFSI Expertise: 8-12 years of experience in BFSI sales, with a strong focus on DSA channel/partner management and delivery (Gold Loan, PL, HL, LAP, etc.).
- DSA Channel Mastery: Proven experience working with both connector-based and call center DSAs, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Gold Loan DSA domain.
- Fintech Prowess: A successful track record in the Fintech/Banks/NBFCs space, showcasing expertise in volume delivery and relationship management for DSAs.
- Leadership Excellence: Prior experience in leading large teams or managing 50+ DSA accounts in BFSI, with a strong execution focus in high volume delivery business.
