About our Client: Our client is a one of the leading NBFCs backed by multiple PE firms. They are now looking to build out this business for which they are looking at seasoned leaders with relevant experience in the Business lending space.
Job Description: As a National Head- Sales & Collection you will be responsible for:
- Planning and driving the Loan against property business with a view of achieving high quality growth and meeting the companies objectives
- Ensuring that the SME Business is highly profitable by growing revenue pools and business segments of loan against property and insurance
- Having an in-depth knowledge of the clients requirements and designing products that deliver a superior service level
- Driving the business in accordance with the defined business strategy and exceeding the targets set
- Ensuring the monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts are achieved
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the Market adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Ensuring high standards and improving conversions
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be have 12-15 years relevant experience within SME sales and over 2 years of experience in a National leadership role within the Business lending (against Property) space.
- Excellent industry knowledge of the Indian market, proven selling skills,well established client relationships within the region and a solid track record of performance through your career are other facets that will be a distinct advantage.
